Peruvian Single Origin Coffee — Caturra & Catuai (SCA 85+)
This Peruvian single origin coffee is a medium-light roasted blend of Yellow Caturra, Red Caturra, and Catuai, grown and hand-harvested by Magally Grandez Tello and her family at Finca Grandez in Rodríguez de Mendoza.
With an annual production of only 4 tons of Arabica coffee, this lot is highly limited—we were able to secure just 900 kg, making it a rare small-batch offering from the Peruvian Amazon.
Coffees from this region are known for their clean cup profile, bright acidity, and well-defined sweetness, shaped by high-altitude growing conditions and meticulous processing.

A clear, balanced, and aromatic cup:
- Sweetness: caramel, honey, panela
- Flavor notes: cocoa, orange, almond, green apple
- Aroma: floral citrus with hints of vanilla, cinnamon, and toasted hazelnut
- Acidity: medium, wine-like (tartaric)
- Body: medium-light, smooth and clean
